A CBC news report on how some Canadian Bloggers are being silenced by lawsuits:
Coming soon to an American court near you... Considering corporations have already tried it here. Remember the Blogger Spocko and his fight with Disney and ABC? But we enjoy a little more protection of our freedom of speech here, as the CBC report points out in their report, and a large chunk of the Blogosphere kicked into high gear spreading the word in Spocko's fight. Without that support Spocko might have been silenced by those corporations.
